Terms of Service

What you're agreeing to

By creating an account you agree to use FyrAgents responsibly. We provide the platform; you provide the model keys, the knowledge, and the agents you ship. You're responsible for what your agents say to your customers.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to generate or distribute illegal content.
• Don't try to extract other tenants' data — multi-tenant boundaries are enforced and audited.
• Don't use the service to spam, scrape at industrial scale, or run obvious abuse against third-party APIs.

Plans & billing

Plan limits are enforced per workspace (see the Quota panel in Settings). Billing for paid tiers is via the channel you signed up with; cancel any time. Free and Studio plans use our pooled provider credits; Business plans can switch to BYOK (bring your own keys) and the model spend goes to your provider account directly.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee SLAs on Free / Studio plans. Business customers can request an SLA addendum. We may roll out updates without notice; breaking API changes get a deprecation period.

Termination

You can cancel any time. We can suspend accounts for clear abuse with as much warning as the situation allows. Your data is yours; export before you cancel.
