What you're agreeing to
By creating an account you agree to use FyrAgents responsibly. We provide the platform; you provide the model keys, the knowledge, and the agents you ship. You're responsible for what your agents say to your customers.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to generate or distribute illegal content.
- Don't try to extract other tenants' data — multi-tenant boundaries are enforced and audited.
- Don't use the service to spam, scrape at industrial scale, or run obvious abuse against third-party APIs.
Plans & billing
Plan limits are enforced per workspace (see the Quota panel in Settings). Billing for paid tiers is via the channel you signed up with; cancel any time. Model calls go through your provider account — we don't proxy your model spend.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee SLAs on free / Studio plans. Enterprise customers can request an SLA addendum. We may roll out updates without notice; breaking API changes get a deprecation period.
Termination
You can cancel any time. We can suspend accounts for clear abuse with as much warning as the situation allows. Your data is yours; export before you cancel.
